Our story
The shop drivers across the Inland Empire keep coming back to
Crastful Collision is a collision repair shop on Acacia Avenue in San Bernardino. Fernando and the team handle everything from insurance claims and panel damage to custom wide body kits, and customers consistently tell us the same two things: the color match is spot on, and the car was ready faster than they expected.
We order parts straight from the dealership when that's what the repair calls for, and we explain the process before we start so you know exactly what's happening to your vehicle. Customers who came in nervous about body shops have left calling it the only shop they'll ever use.
We're open Monday through Friday, 8 to 5, and Saturday mornings until 1. Call for a quote and you'll hear back with a straight answer on price and timeline.

What customers say
“Crastful Collision, Fernando, helped me with my custom wide body kit for my Dodge Challenger. I was extremely happy to get my parts back color matched to my car color. Excellent work, fast turnaround time and fair pricing. I recommend Fernando to all my friends that need some work done. I get compliments every where I go.”
“I called for a quote and was immediately called back with the best price around. I called many places and Crastful Collision had the best prices and communication, he gave me peace of mind when it came to fixing my side mirror on my VW Tiguan, ordered the parts straight from the dealership the next day, the color match was spot on and within 48 hours he managed to fit me into his already busy schedule! The work came out phenomenal.”
“They did an amazing job with matching the color of my car to the hood that had been chipping off for the past 8 months. No dripping, everything looks flawless. Also great customer service — they were very friendly and did a great job of explaining the process to me.”
